The aerobic literaly means "with oxygen" or "in the presence of oxygen " .Aerobic activity trains the heart,lungs and cardiovascular system to process and deliver oxygen more quickly and efficiently to every part of the body.

Aerobics is a mixture of stretching ,workout,flooring and dance, which helps you to maintain your health, loose weight, keeps you energetic all day long and increase your stamina...so for those who al want all this can go for aerobics.
